As the end of the year is approaching, we analysed our statistical data and we are happy to see that our constant effort to improve our services brought the expected results. This year’s TASKER customer satisfaction score is 4.8. out of 5. We would like to thank you for your trust and positive evaluation of our work!

Here is a short overview of some of this year’s improvements that helped us reach such results:


Systematically improving automated and personal responses to clients’ queries and also developing the User Guide in accordance to our clients comments.


We are especially proud of our real-time error notification system. TASKER employees are immediately informed about the occurring errors. Therefore, any issue is solved in the shortest possible time.


Started using a special documentation software for saving and updating client information. It allows us to better manage client support and development tasks.

Next year’s goals

And we are not going to stop here. The next year we will continue creating solutions for even greater communication with our clients and will introduce more valuable updates. For example, currently we are testing a real-time chat which will be introduced to all of our clients in 2018.
