The Taskertools team has great news! We’re excited to announce our new integration with Microsoft Power BI. It allows our users to collect data from different apps and platforms and connect the information to get everything in one easy-to-use system.
The new addition to our integration list is powered by our partner ELVA. They develop Power BI integration solutions and can provide a customized integration to different client profiles.
Let us tell you more about the Power BI integration and how it can help you provide better service to your clients.
What is Power BI?
Microsoft Power BI is a software that allows collecting information from multiple sources. Power BI gathers data from apps, software, and even your clients’ systems to create and present comprehensive yet compact information reports. The software enables you to get data from basic Excel sheets or your software solutions. In this case, you can get data from the Tasker app, including task execution time, employee performance, client requests, etc.
Improved business analytics gives a better outlook on your business strong and weak points. Power BI simplifies data collection and lets you analyze data in a better way. You don’t need to waste time gathering data from different sources, which can result in the loss of information or mistakes. It’s a reliable and straightforward solution to evaluate your business performance and progress.
Tasker FSM Power BI workflow is created in a way to simplify data collection. You can find Power BI on Microsoft AppSource. After installing the add-on, you need to sign in to Power BI Service. There you can find the TASKER Analytics by ELVA, install it, and begin your journey to smart analytics and comprehensive data reports.
The new analytics consists of six report pages:
- On the dashboard page, you can find the main task management performance reports, such as the number of executed tasks, priorities, statuses based on time and date.
- The performance overview page shows the variation and tendencies between delayed tasks and tasks in the planned time frame.
- The task time duration (days) page gives reports on the number of days spent performing tasks.
- The task time duration (hours) page gives reports on the hours spent on each individual task.
- Task activity and user task activity pages present a comprehensive report on how many tasks are opened and already completed.
Tasker FMS Power BI integration benefits for customers
Understand your business better
The new add-on allows collecting past and current data to see the company’s progress. You can also set different criteria to analyze and compare data. For instance, you can gather task resolution results in multiple time frames: now, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, across months and years.
You can also analyze task duration time expenses, task execution results by users, task priority handling. Power BI helps you identify the most successful and not so productive business operations to improve your company’s performance.
Set employee bonus systems
Power BI add-on gives you an incredible opportunity to evaluate employee performance and use these metrics to motivate your team. Time, task, and other activity metrics can be used as KPIs. Since without proper analysis is difficult to set realistic goals, Power BI is a handy tool to give you a long-term perspective on your team’s strengths and weaknesses.
Improve customer service
Power BI gives you all the tools to analyze your clients’ requests and tasks. Depending on individual metrics, Tasker users can now classify clients’ priorities and main pain points to improve and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Tasker app integration list is growing, and we are happy to keep adding new features that allow our clients to provide excellent services and understand their business better.
